At our hotel we only serve homemade delicacies cooked with fresh Greek products and for this reason we have become a certified member of the program “Greek Breakfast” by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Our delicacies vary throughout the year, depending on the season. Soups made of ‘trachanas’ or pumpkin compose the first courses during winter, while in summer the day begins with freshly-made tomato-soup. Each one of our jams are of one of a kind and we produce them with seasonal fruits, such as peach, apricot, strawberry, plum, raspberry, fig, bergamot, lemon, orange using brown sugar. We daily bake our own bread with wholemeal flour, delicious croissants with fresh butter, individual buns stuffed with chocolate, donuts with honey, cinnamon and sesame, fried Greek pies with feta cheese and honey. We bake our own pies with olive, peppers, olives, pumpkin, spinach and leek. Our chocolate pudding and rice pudding with lemon flavor, our chocolate pies, our cakes with fruit, milk, chestnuts, and walnuts, our pastaflora, homemade biscuits with sesame and oats, handmade chocolates with almonds and plums are all beyond your imagination. At last but not least, there is a vast variety of freshly squeezed juices in many flavors. Just ask the hosts to propose your favorite one. OLGA fruit preserve is also a must and is worth a try!
